These terms cover the Margin iPhone app. The license for the app binary also follows Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement both speak to a point, Apple's agreement controls for the license, and these terms control for subscriptions and for how Margin's figures should be read.

Margin is a record-keeping tool, not advice

Margin helps you write quotes, keep client details together, draft follow-ups, record payments you have received, and estimate profit from the costs you enter.

• Profit and margin figures are estimates built from your own inputs. They are not a guarantee of any outcome.
• Margin does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and it does not file or pay tax on your behalf.
• Recording a payment records what you tell the app. It does not charge a client, transfer money, or verify a bank transfer.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, for the tax you owe, and for the agreements you make with your clients.

Subscriptions

Margin Pro is sold by Apple. Margin Pro Monthly is a one month subscription and Margin Pro Annual is a one year subscription. The price you confirm is the price shown by Apple in the app at the time you subscribe. There is no free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your data does not cancel it either.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.

The free plan supports five active jobs. Margin Pro adds unlimited active jobs and CSV reports. Existing records stay accessible if a membership ends.

Your records

Your clients, quotes, and payments stay yours, and they stay on your device. CoreFeld receives no copy of them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. If you delete the app or lose your phone without a backup, the workspace is gone.

Acceptable use

Use Margin lawfully and only for records you are entitled to keep. Do not attempt to defeat the app's purchase checks or the limits that come with the free plan.

Availability and changes

Margin is provided as is. CoreFeld may update, change, or discontinue the app or a feature. Where a change affects a paid membership in a way Apple requires us to disclose, the app or the App Store listing will say so.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CoreFeld is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Apple's agreement or under the law where you live.
